Abbas Sibai is a product designer and researcher specializing in the integration of additive manufacturing technologies (3D printing) in industrial design. He holds a PhD in Materials Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome and currently teaches at the Académie Libanaise des Beaux-Arts (ALBA). His work focuses on sustainable innovation, particularly the development of eco-friendly products using recycled materials like rubber tires and spent coffee grounds for product and mold design applications. Abbas is passionate about Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM), promoting collaboration between design and technology to achieve innovative and sustainable solutions.
